Wofsey, Rosen, Kweskin & Kuriansky, LLP's family law group is led by Edward Kweskin and Mark Henderson. The group represents clients in divorce, child custody, visitation, post-divorce issues, juvenile court, pre-marital agreements, and other family law matters.

Our family law cases routinely involve the valuation and equitable division of marital assets. Often, these assets include ownership of residential or commercial real estate, pensions, securities, or other holdings. Many clients may also have custody or other parenting problems. Our attorneys are experienced in identifying, analyzing and resolving all of these issues. We are prepared to provide advice, to negotiate, or to litigate, consistent with each client's goals and unique concerns.
In addition, in cases involving serious parenting disputes, if the parties are already represented by legal counsel, we are regularly appointed by the court to act as a guardian ad litem or as a legal counselor for their children for the duration of the divorce process. The judges recognize, as do we, that a dissolution of marriage can be as stressful for the children as it is for the adults. That is one of the reasons why we take appointments to protect the children's best interests.
